Simms Street Closure Update
Verve Metropolitan District has closed Simms Street between 112th Avenue and Control Tower Road for construction. Verve Metropolitan District is leading the project which will realign Simms Street between 112th Avenue and SH-128. During the 12-month closure, construction crews will relocate utilities and complete grading work to result in a new three-lane roadway. Although this project does not fall within city limits, we know some Westminster residents may be impacted by the closure. Please direct any questions or concerns to W.E.
