Dear Addlestone Community,

A few weeks ago, we shared that Addlestone Hebrew Academy had begun a comprehensive strategic planning process, led by Barry Kislowicz Consulting, to help chart a strong and sustainable path for our school’s future.

On Monday, we will take an important next step: the first round of stakeholder surveys will be distributed to our community.

This initial round will include:

  • Parents of currently enrolled students
  • Voting members of the Addlestone Board of Trustees
  • All school faculty and staff

These surveys are an important part of our strategic planning process. We want to better understand:

  • Your needs and what you value most about Addlestone today
  • Your vision for what Addlestone can and should become
  • Your hopes for the future of our students and school
  • The opportunities you see for Addlestone and our broader community

Your perspective matters, and our goal is 100% participation. The more voices we hear, the stronger the foundation for the decisions and recommendations that will shape Addlestone’s future.

The surveys are just the beginning. Once responses have been analyzed, we will develop focus groups representing a broader and more diverse cross-section of community stakeholders to explore key themes and opportunities more deeply.

We look forward to hearing from so many of you in the weeks ahead. Thank you in advance for your thoughtful and candid participation.

Our future is something we will build together, and your voice is an important part of that work.

Warm regards,

Morris Ellison
Chair, Board of Trustees
Addlestone Hebrew Academy
