Dear Addlestone Community,

As we prepare to begin another school year, I wanted to share a few updates on the important work taking place at Addlestone. Guided by our mission and strategic priorities, our faculty, administration, and Board have been working throughout the summer to ensure we continue to provide an exceptional secular and Judaic education while strengthening the sense of community that makes our school so special. Above all, we remain committed to educational excellence and achieving outstanding outcomes for all students.

A Few Key Updates:

Academic Innovation: As part of our thoughtful planning for the upcoming year, we will be combining our first and second grade classes, as well as our sixth and seventh grade classes. These blended classroom models create opportunities for students to build relationships across grade levels, develop leadership and mentoring skills, collaborate with a broader peer group, and learn from one another's unique strengths and perspectives. At the same time, every student will continue to receive personalized, grade-level—and, when appropriate, above-grade-level—instruction designed to help them reach their fullest potential.

Strategic Growth: Beyond the classroom, we continue to expand our reach and strengthen Addlestone's future. Over the coming year, we will begin implementing recommendations developed through the Board's Strategic Sustainability Committee, with a focus on thoughtfully growing our school, enhancing the student experience, and ensuring Addlestone remains a vibrant, thriving community for generations to come.

Community Highlights: We are pleased to share two exciting milestones. Through our partnership with FACTS, we were able to meet the demonstrated financial need of 100% of families who applied by the deadline, submitted complete and accurate information, and met the established eligibility criteria. In addition, our Early Childhood Education program is fully enrolled and has a waitlist—a wonderful reflection of the growing confidence families have in the exceptional educational experience and nurturing community that define Addlestone.

Throughout the year, we will share weekly updates highlighting innovative teaching, meaningful learning experiences, and the many ways our community continues to grow.
