On Friday, February 23, the New Jersey City University women’s basketball team captured the championship of the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) for the third time in the last four years — defeating The College of New Jersey, 65-52 — to become the first NJCU athletics team in any sport to win three conference championships in a four-year period.

Now, the Gothic Knights will play for a national championship, beginning this Friday, March 1.

But first, NJCU awaits news from the NCAA about who it will play...and where.

The NJCU campus community is invited to join the women's basketball team to watch the NCAA selection show on the big screen live on NCAA.com on Monday, February 26 from 2-3 p.m. during a Watch Party on campus on the first floor of the Gilligan Student Union.
