A Lon Time Coming: Country Countdown USA host and Country Aircheck Publisher/CEO Lon Helton will receive the 2026 CRB President’s Award during the Country Radio Hall Of Fame Induction And Dinner Aug. 3 at the Virgin Nashville Hotel. "Few people in this industry have given more to Country radio than Lon Helton," says CRB/CRS Board Pres. Kurt Johnson. "This recognition has never been more earned, or more obvious." The award is presented to individuals who have "demonstrated exceptional dedication and played a vital role in shaping the success of CRS and its mission to advance the Country radio format."
