The Julia Green Carnival is right around the corner! This is a free and fun event for the whole family! The carnival is on Sunday, September 24 from 3-6 p.m. at JG.
There will be games, face painting, inflatables, a magician, a photo booth, tunes by DJ Louie, prize bingo, snacks for purchase, and so much more!

In addition, we have over 25 Hillsboro Highs School Honors Students helping us out during the 2023 Carnival, but we still need parent support. Please read the job description details at the top of the Sign Up Genius as logistics have changed from previous years. Thank you for your help in making this event a success!
Thank you to everyone who came out to the INVEST Social last Thursday. It was a huge success & such a joy to see so many families come out to celebrate 75 years of Julia Green! 
Let's keep the momentum going and continue to show our support for our incredible school! If we reach our goal of $200,000, ALL of our kids get a Duds Day next week. Additionally, if we reach participation of 90% or greater, all children will get to witness a special guest put a pie in Dr. Davis's face at the next all school assembly!  We are currently at $175,155 with 59% participation.  A list of participation levels by class is below.  Let's all get to 90% Hornets!  To donate, please go to juliagreen.org/invest.

A big thank you to Gina and Scott Quattrochi and Kristin and Tim Ward for co-chairing last week's INVEST Social, and a special thank you to the Wards for welcoming us into their beautiful home.  Thank you also to our INVEST Social Committee Debbie Ford, Meredith Gerhart, Shanna Jones, Mary Cypress Metz, Erika Payne, Des Preston & Lindsay Tahiry, as well as the talented Amanda Norman for creating the "Make Your Mark" artwork.  Last but not least, thank you to all of our generous Host Families who made the evening possible.  It was a perfect evening!
