All UTHSC students and residents are required to complete HIPAA training each year to maintain compliance with federal regulations and UT System policies. The deadline for completion is Sunday, April 30. The 2023 HIPAA training is available through HealthStream.

IPE Day aims to set a strong foundation to enable effective collaboration and improve health outcomes. It includes a student luncheon, a keynote speaker, and an afternoon of activities.

Register now to attend the 2nd Annual Kaleidoscope Story Slam Monday, March 6, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. in Schreier Auditorium in the SAC. This live storytelling event will feature UTHSC faculty, staff, students, and clinical partners sharing their personal experiences of the COVID-19 pandemic.

3rd Annual Opioid Conference
|
The 3rd Annual Opioid Conference is tomorrow, March 3, from 8:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. at the Shelby Farms Fedex Events Center. The conference looks into the factors that contribute to opiate dependency and misuse, the fentanyl crisis, and medication-assisted therapy.
