Thank You!

Our 2020-21 season is coming to a close this weekend and we want to say a huge 'thank you' to each of you for doing your part to make this season safe and fun for our guests. We all had many new experiences and learned out to teach our lessons under changing circumstances, but we still offered the Experience of a Lifetime to our guests. Below we've included some highlights and photos from the year as well as a few end-of-season reminders. Thanks for spending the 2020-21 season with us and we're already looking forward to seeing you next season. We'll continue to use this email platform to keep in touch during the off-season, so stay tuned.

We are also going to be asking you to share your feedback and thoughts on this season with us through an end-of-season survey coming your way tomorrow. We look forward to reading what you share with us as we wrap up this season and look ahead to 2021-22.

Last Tracks - April 5 from 9 am to 12 pm

We are celebrating the end of the season with Last Tracks - a few final turns on snow with the mountain all to ourselves. Last Tracks is a morning of skiing and riding for staff who are still working, and for those who have completed the season in good standing. Bring your valid employee season pass to spend the morning on the slopes. And feel free to bring along a family member who has a dependent season pass. They will just need to show their valid pass and sign an activity waiver before loading the lift.

Trivia Winners: CT!

The first team virtual trivia was a success with Clock Tower taking the first trophy up for grabs! Brush up on your trivia for the next round next season!

Uniform Returns

All employees are required to return all parts of the uniform. If you are returning to work with us next season, you will be reissued a uniform when you return. Please read through the guidelines below to make sure you understand the requirements expected of you as employees at the end of your season.

Uniforms must be returned within 3 days of your end date.
All uniforms must be returned to the uniform department at the Cole House only.
- The breezeway for access to the return window is now open 24/7 for returns.
Each employee is responsible for the return of their uniform. Not a manager, supervisor, or coworker.
If possible please wash your uniform before returning them. Nikwax is available here in the uniform department breezeway 24/7 or from your Manager. You can read more about uniform care instructions if you're washing before returning.
Check all pockets make sure all are empty.
When dropping off uniform please fold items before placing through the drop slot.
A failure to return ALL uniform items will result in FEE for each item. The employee will receive a bill.
A fee will be charged for items damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear.
Employees who owe payment will be considered not eligible for rehire until payment is received.

If you have questions, please reach out to your supervisor or manager. Thank you for your attention to your uniforms as you prepare to end your season with us.

Update Your Mailing Address

Before you wrap up your season with us, please remember to log in to EpicEmployee to check that your mailing address is up-to-date. This mailing address is important for any remaining paper checks or bonuses that will be sent out by USPS after the season ends. To update your addresses, please use the self-service options in EpicEmployee. If you have questions, you can refer to this article to update your personal information.
