ADDITIONAL TITLE IX TEMPORARY BLOCK COMES TO TEXAS
Last week a federal judge temporarily blocked the Biden Administration's Title IX rule in Texas, making it one of at least 15 states to have put a pause on the ruling. The list also includes Alaska, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Ohio, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming. The rule is slated to take effect on the first of August.
