ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION CODIFIES NEW PARTNERSHIP FOR INNOVATION, NATIONAL SECURITY AND ECONOMIC GROWTH
The U.S. Department of Commerce’s Economic Development Administration (EDA) and the U.S. Department of Defense’s Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) have entered into an agreement that will enhance the country's global competitiveness through shared assets. The EDA’s Tech Hubs program are set to combine with DIU’s regional outreach initiatives, "helping connect more American-made innovations to avenues for scaling, commercialization, and procurement."
