You must pick up your employee gift BEFORE the winter gathering.

Student-Alumni Center Gymnasium
Employee gifts will be distributed before the event and will not be available on Friday, December 13, at the Employee Winter Gathering.
Please note: if you are unable to make it to the gift pickup event, you may send a copy of your badge with a co-worker who can pick up your gift. Employees are limited to picking up gifts for five additional co-workers.

Spread the Joy! Donate a Toy!
Help us spread joy this holiday season to underprivileged children by donating an unwrapped toy during the annual UT Health Science Center Campus Toy Drive, now through Friday, December 13.
Collection boxes will be placed in the Madison Plaza lobby. Donations may also be dropped off at the Employee Winter Gathering. The Department of Children Services will distribute the toys to the children.
