Support the Inaugural UTHSC Family Campaign
The UTHSC Family Campaign is now underway! The monthlong initiative encourages the UTHSC family – faculty and staff – to support the university’s mission with a financial gift of any size. More information on how to give can be found on the campaign webpage. The Family Campaign Event celebrating the inaugural Family Campaign has been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 15, from 8:30 am – 10:30 am and 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm in the Mooney Library.
Mind, Body and Wellness Series
The six-session Mind, Body and Wellness Series kicks off Wednesday, February 8, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm, in the HR Training Room in 910 Madison. The first session will focus on maintaining well-being through times of uncertainty. Lunch will be served!
CHIPS invites you to a town hall to explore the role of simulation education in helping learners provide equitable health care. The Power of We Town Hall will be held February 22 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm in Schreier Auditorium in the Student Alumni Center (SAC).
Volunteer for the Community Health Fair
The UTHSC Health Hub is holding a free health fair for underserved Memphians Friday, February 10, and Saturday, February 11. Volunteers are needed to help distribute educational materials, help visitors with paperwork, and help with set-up and clean-up. To sign up, visit the link below and specify when you are available.
Cost for Replacement ID Badge Increasing
The cost to replace lost or damaged UTHSC ID badges will increase from $12 to $25, effective March 1. The change is to align UTHSC with other UT System campuses and to offset rising costs of the cards and shipping. Stolen ID cards will be replaced at no cost with a police report.
