A Summer of Opportunity at CCFCS

We’re Seeking a Chief Diversity and Culture Officer

CCFCS has a wonderfully diverse workforce, so we’re especially excited to announce we are seeking a Chief Diversity and Culture Officer to lead our agency as we strive to meet goals toward workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion. This new position reflects our commitment to addressing racism, discrimination, and inequality. It’s also a fulfillment of the groundwork laid by the CCFCS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, a dynamic group of employees who hold monthly meetings for CCFCS staff, host an in-house DEI webpage, and dialogue with leadership on matters ranging from equitable pay to training, mentoring, and advancement. Sharing the Stories of our Ukraine Refugees -

What is Home?

CCFCS will soon unveil a major new addition to See Their Stories, our award-winning video and web-based program about refugees. This spring, thanks to a generous donation of time and talent from Sundance Marketing, a production team began interviewing more than a dozen refugees who fled the war in Ukraine, and with the help of CCFCS, resettled in Rochester. Their emotional testimonials will be added to the incredible stories already on SeeTheirStories.org. Pictured here are some behind-the-scenes photos of the work being done on this project.
