The July release of TSS is focused on delivering the core capabilities needed to support Fall 2026. As with any major system launch, you may encounter limitations, workarounds, or functionality that continues to evolve as the system stabilizes.
The TSS team is actively reviewing reported issues and prioritizing fixes that affect critical university operations, so please use one of the established TSS support channels to ensure your request is tracked and directed to the right team.

Navigating the Transition Together |
As we continue the transition to the new Triton Student System (TSS), our university community is working through the challenges that come with adopting a new enterprise system. New processes, unfamiliar workflows and issues requiring investigation and resolution are emerging as students, faculty and staff begin using TSS in their day-to-day activities.
The project's accelerated implementation timeline meant there would be many issues requiring attention when the system started being used. We understand that these issues have real impacts on the students, faculty and staff who will now interact with TSS every day, whether accessing information, completing important tasks, supporting academic processes or carrying out their work.
To our students, faculty and staff encountering disruptions, unexpected issues or changes to familiar processes: we recognize the effort and flexibility this transition asks of you. To the departments and teams who are supporting students, answering questions, adjusting workflows, developing workarounds and helping colleagues navigate this change: we recognize the additional work this places on you. To the support team: we recognize the critical role you play in helping the university community navigate questions and find solutions during this transition. And to the project and technical teams working to stabilize and improve the system: we recognize the sustained effort required to address issues and strengthen the experience for everyone. We know that you are regularly being asked to “do more with less.” We believe that eventually TSS will allow you to do the same tasks with less work, but during the transition period we know that is not the case.
University leadership, executive sponsors and project governance are aware of the risks inherent in this transition and continue to monitor their impact closely. As TSS usage increases, we are continuing to identify, assess and prioritize issues that need attention and resolution through the university’s hypercare processes. Work is underway across the project and university to address critical issues, provide guidance where processes have changed and make ongoing improvements.
We appreciate the patience, partnership, resilience and feedback of everyone working through this transition. Your experiences are helping to inform ongoing improvements to support a stronger, more modern system for the university.
