Your Support Matters:
Preparing for Student Success
|
The Learning Center is now recruiting for the fall 2026 semester! We invite you to nominate exceptional students to join our team of peer tutors to support students in mathematics, science, nursing, business, economics, psychology, and languages. This is a fantastic opportunity to recognize and support outstanding talent on campus. Help us make a meaningful difference in students' academic success. We truly appreciate your support — thank you!

Set the Tone Early:
Build Support Into Your Syllabus |
As you prepare for future semesters, we encourage you to include LWSC language in your syllabus. Even a brief mention of our services can significantly increase student engagement and utilization. Check out our syllabus blurb »
In addition, our staff can visit your classroom to provide an overview of our services or a one-hour study skills workshop. Schedule a workshop »
Thank you again for your partnership and for all you do to support USF students each day. Please reach out if you would like to collaborate, refer students, or learn more about our services.

Summer Hours Ahead:
What to Expect From LWSC |
As we transition into the summer term, LWSC will operate with limited services and adjusted hours.
At this time, our summer schedule is still being finalized. We encourage you to stay tuned for more detailed information at the start of the summer intersession. A dedicated summer newsletter will be shared with confirmed hours, available services, and ways students can access support.
Thank you for your patience — we look forward to continuing to support students throughout the summer!
