This is the time of the year when faculty and instructors are very busy with all their teaching activities. If you are worried about Making Grading More Efficient, remember not every piece of work should get your full attention. Here are some tips to Cut Your Grading Time in Half for higher ed and K-12 teachers. Teaching More by Grading Less (or Differently) gives you an interesting perspective about grading. If you are teaching online, here are some Time-Saving Strategies for Providing Feedback in Online Classes. 

This is the time of the year when you should reflect on how to efficiently complete your end-of-semester activities and keep your sanity at the same time. Consider giving students flexibility with boundaries, this resource gives you suggestions for absences, extensions, and missed-work.  However, it would be a good idea to reflect on the boundaries to set so your students don’t take over your life.
