WorkForge Manufacturing Training Online
Since we launched our manufacturing training partnership with WorkForge, welding has emerged as the most popular online training course. It makes sense. As more infrastructure is built and building projects across the region emerge, there continues to be a need for welders.
Gaining fundamental knowledge of tools and materials can help you learn a baseline of key skills and knowledge. Completing the course can demonstrate aptitude for an entry-level role to an employer, the first step toward landing an in-demand position with solid pay potential and opportunity to learn more.
Through UMKC TalentLink and WorkForge, you can complete manufacturing skills training online in other fields as well. This basic skills training is ideal for future high school graduates and workers seeking to switch careers into a field with room for growth and earning potential.
Get affordable and practical training at your pace. Courses are available in Aerospace, Computer Numerical Control (CNC), Food Safety and Production, Industrial Maintenance, Introduction to Manufacturing Careers Robotics, and Welding. Learn more course details and how to get started.
