Sweet “Suite” Scholarship for On-campus Housing Residents |
IUP is making a “suite” deal even more “suite” for degree-seeking students choosing to live in university housing on the Indiana campus.

IUP will continue to offer a $1,000 housing scholarship ($500 each semester) to students living in one of the eight suite-style residence halls for the first year. Starting in fall 2025, housing scholarships for students living in university housing for their second and third or fourth years will increase to $1,500 and $2,000 per year ($750 and $1,000 per semester), respectively. If you plan to complete a class and transfer it back to IUP, you should apply for Pre-Approval of Coursework before taking the course. This will help ensure that the course will transfer back to IUP.

Join us for the last installment of our Career Ready Seminar Series this fall for a discussion on life design and design thinking, where you’ll learn strategies and techniques to help you create your best life. Inspired by topics and ideas covered in the Designing Your Life book by Stanford professors Bill Burnet and Dave Evans and resources used in their popular courses offered through the Life Design Studio, this event will provide attendees with the tools needed to design a life that is authentic, meaningful, and joy-filled. Start designing your dream life at this Six O’Clock Series event on Monday, November 11, in Leonard Hall, 225.

You are invited to this special event, part of the Empowering Women Series, on Tuesday, November 12, at 6:30 p.m. in the Allenwood in Ackerman Hall. The three-woman comedy special features hosts Grace Lobo, Kennedy Davis, and Meg Chizek.
The first 50 students with an I-Card will receive free admission for dinner and the show. Entry for all other guests is $10 at the door. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m.
