Attention, parents! We are thrilled to share that we are collaborating with the Omaha-based nonprofit Smart Gen Society to host a FREE workshop focused on keeping your child safe in the online realm.

This interactive session will provide you with essential tools to ensure your students are smart, safe, and private in our constantly connected world. The workshop will cover several important topics including...

- Digital Branding: Strategies for establishing a positive digital presence that safeguards your child’s reputation and opens future opportunities.

- Communication: Tips on fostering open dialogues with your kids about their online safety.

- Safety: Guidance on protecting your family's privacy, safety, and mental well-being.

Mark your calendars for Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 2 P.M. This event will be held at St. Vincent de Paul School in Kampschneider Hall. 

On behalf of the SVdP Food Pantry, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for yet another successful Fall Food Drive. Your generosity means so much to us.

The Divine Mercy pantry processed 1559 items! Beans coming in at the highest 390 cans, Manwich 53, vegetables 223, canned pasta 283, fruit 220, tuna and chicken 40, and miscellaneous 52.

Wonderful job was done by all, and the student hospitality workers are the best in the world.

Thank you and your staff for a job well done. A very special thank you to all the students! We are blessed that SVdP School supports our pantry. Your generosity will feed about 60 families.

After School Care Employment Opportunity: The hours for this part-time position would be Monday through Friday from 3 P.M.- 6 P.M. during the school year August-May. The pay is $13.50 per hour. Email Diane Warneke at warneked@svdpomaha.org to apply for this position.
