Current 2025 Top Lender Standings

The Iowa Finance Authority's 2025 lender standings as of the end of June are listed below. We will be honoring the top third-party originator, lending institutions who achieve Diamond (150 homebuyers), Platinum (100 homebuyers) and Gold (50 homebuyers) levels and the top individual loan originators. There is still time to reach top lender levels by the end of the calendar year!
