Updated Bookings Link: 2026 9% LIHTC Developer Discussion Sessions 

 

This notice is being resent to provide a corrected bookings link for the 9% LIHTC Developer Discussion Sessions. We apologize for any confusion.

Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) staff are offering 20-minute discussion sessions throughout February and early March 2026 for 9% Federal Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Applicants. These sessions are a valuable opportunity to discuss your proposed project and receive technical assistance to help strengthen your application.

Please note that requests for interpretations of the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) will not be addressed during these sessions. Questions requiring QAP interpretation should be submitted in writing to the Housing Tax Credit team at housingtaxcredits@iowafinance.com

All applicants are encouraged to register for a session. If the listed times do not work for your schedule, please contact Stacy Cunningham to coordinate an alternate time at Stacy.Cunningham@IowaFinance.com

Please also note that the application has been updated to incorporate the applicable changes approved in the 2026–2027 Second Amended 9% Qualified Allocation Plan.

Discussion Session Times (Central Time)
20-minute intervals are available during the times listed below, subject to availability.  

  • February 11: 1:30, 2:30 and 2:50 p.m.
  • February 12: 2:00 and 2:20 p.m.
  • February 17: 1:00 and 1:20 p.m.
  • February 18: 2:30 and 3:00 p.m.
  • February 25: 11:00 a.m. and 1:30-2:50 p.m.
  • February 26: 11:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
  • March 3: 1:30 p.m.
  • March 4: 2-3 p.m.
