Program:
PSA member Art Carillo will be the featured artist on April 13th. It will be an interactive painting event on a prepared canvas with anyone interested who wants to write or draw on it. Art will then take it home and paint a portrait on it. He has been doing this at parks with great results. He’ll be using acrylic paint and markers. He calls these Community Portraits.
