Congratulations to Iowa Finance Authority's 2025 Top Loan Originators, Lenders and
Realtors®. Through our partnerships we were able to assist 2,600 Iowa homebuyers through Iowa Finance Authority programs in calendar year 2025 and we look forward to
assisting even more Iowans in 2026!

As you set your goals for 2026, we encourage you to keep IFA’s annual recognition levels in mind. Eligibility will reflect both production and satisfactory compliance with IFA program requirements, reinforcing our shared commitment to a strong standard of excellence across our programs.

Annual recognition levels include Gold – 50+ homebuyers, Platinum – 100+ homebuyers and Diamond – 150+ homebuyers. Partners who achieve these benchmarks while maintaining good standing with compliance standards will be eligible for annual recognition.
