72nd Annual Meeting is March 17th
3 Rivers Telephone Cooperative, Inc.'s Annual Meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 17, at the Community Hall in Fairfield. Doors will open at 11 AM and lunch will be served from Noon until 1 PM. The business meeting will be called to order at 1 PM. The business agenda includes election of three trustees, an audit report by Moss Adams, LLP, reports from the board president and general manager/CEO, as well as any other business that may come before the membership. Additional information, including absentee ballots for the board of trustees' election, will be mailed to members prior to the meeting. If you can't make it in person, the meeting will be streamed live on 3rivers.net beginning at 1 PM. |
