Big impact starts at the local level. Readiness Team members across 24 colleges and divisions make up the Change Network, helping keep faculty and staff informed and ready. They’ll share updates, offer local guidance and serve as go-to resources as Workday and CORE roll out, so every area of campus feels connected and prepared.

This is where change begins. The Change Network kickoff brought together teams across UA to get ready for Workday, CORE and a new way of working. With clear roles and a strong focus on communication, these teams are ready to support a more connected, Future Ready University.

Workday is coming to UA in February 2028 as part of Capstone Convergence, bringing HR, finance and everyday tasks into one easy-to-use system. It will replace older tools and give you one place to manage your work, with mobile access and real-time updates. We’ll continue sharing resources and training to help you feel ready when it launches. Stay tuned, there’s more to come!

Capstone Convergence is moving forward with a clear, step-by-step plan to prepare UA for Workday, from system design and training, to go live in February 2028. Workday will bring new tools and a more connected experience for faculty and staff, and the timeline is designed to keep you informed, supported and ready every step of the way, with resources, training and ongoing improvements built in.
