Join Us This Wednesday for the Work of the College Roadshow: Anonymous Reporting, Ombuds, Official Complaints, March 15, 2-3 p.m.

Join Tashana Taylor, assistant vice president for Civil Rights and Title IX coordinator, and Lyrae Williams, associate vice president for Institutional Planning and Effectiveness, on Wednesday, March 15, 2-3 p.m. in Yalich Boardroom, to learn about reporting options at CC and the helpful resources available to all members of the CC community.
They will discuss options for reporting various issues, from discrimination and harassment concerns to fiscal and code of ethics-related concerns, as well as share information on asking a question or submitting a report through CC’s new anonymous reporting resource.
Roadshows are part of The Work of the College, a year-long series designed in response to the ModernThink employee engagement survey results. The program has four goals: (1) clarify organizational structures and decision-making processes; (2) offer campus constituencies the opportunity to engage in dialogue with leadership about campus affairs; (3) increase decision-making transparency in hopes of building trust; and (4) build community.
The Work of the College series consists of:
  • Community Conversations (dialogue about specific topics)
  • Roadshows (presentations and Q&As)
  • Board of Trustees Town Halls (informational updates)
