We have implemented a new system which will allow you to reset your CC password when needed.
You will need to enroll in the password reset system in order to use it. During this process, you will be asked to provide one or more mobile phone numbers and alternate email addresses so a verification code can be sent to you when you reset your password. We recommend enrolling now so that you can use the system in the future when you need to do so.
Once you have registered in the system, please review the user guide to learn how to reset your password.
