At his high school graduation more than 20 years ago, Bobby received a certificate of completion, but not a diploma. For two decades, that piece of paper followed him, a reminder of the goals others told him were out of reach. Last year, Bobby started working with his tutor, Tim, with one big goal in mind: to earn his driver's license and drive himself to the ocean, for the very first time.
