ALL AGES SUNDAY SCHOOL AUG. 3 AND 10 - Dress comfortably for in the courtyard, service, prayer and fun.

CHILDCARE ROOMS THIS WEEK:

Temporary - While the rooms are being painted the floors are being waxed - ALL childcare rooms are on the Wilson Wing for this week, July 27. Signs are up and we will be there to show you the way.

Get that calendar ready...

I have missed you and your children. We have some fun end of summer plans to share.

We hope these opportunities will build community and put some good into the world. If you are out of town for both, please do not worry there will be more opportunities down the road.

Please do let me know you are coming and if your child has any allergies. I want to be sure we have enough and appropriate snacks. smaness@nashvillewpc.org

First, Second and Third Grades

Saturday, Aug. 2 –   9 am – noon,   Service in the Kitchen

We will play some and make some goodies for people in our church who need a little extra love.

We will also make a really good snack for us to enjoy.    Come to the Wilson entrance to drop off and pick up. Please wear close toed shoes and pull long hair back.

Sunday, Aug. 10 – 4 - 6 pm Pool Party in Krissie and Travis Self’s neighborhood Stonebridge Park Clubhouse Pool, 1040 Stonebridge Park Dr. Franklin TN 37069.

This is just for fun! I will bring some snacks and drinks to share. Please send good sunscreen, and towels.  Come directly to the address to drop off and pick up.

Sunday, Aug. 3, 3 - 5 pm  - Pool Party, Home of Leslie and Gus Grote 108 Clarendon Ave

 ALL AGES SUNDAY SCHOOL

Lastly, On Sundays, Aug. 3 and 10 will have all ages Sunday School (9:45 – 10:45) in the courtyards.

We will hear the story together, sing and pray some. Then we will explore the story through service, play and prayer.

Please dress comfortably and join us if you are here. There will be childcare for little ones during Sunday School.

Kindergarten Gathering, Saturday, Aug. 9, 4 - 6 PM

Parents and children come by the back playground at the North entrance for popsicles and play. We can catch up, meet some Sunday School teachers and learn a little bit about Godly Play. Mostly, just be together.

Sunday, Aug. 10 - Teacher Training Sunday, Aug. 10 – adult volunteers

Sunday, Aug. 17 - Kick off and picnic

Everyone will move up to their regular classes. The lunch will be after 11:00 worship down in the gym. Barbecue and fun!
