Community Boot Camp: Work at your own pace as you work through a series of both strength training and cardio full-body movements that’ll have you sweating and your muscles burning. Feel strong, powerful and accomplished leaving our Boot Camp class.

Community Dance Party: Work on your cardiovascular health while moving your body to the beat. You will learn heart pumping dance steps and routines set to Latin and International music. Dance your way into a great workout!Â

Community Yoga: Enjoy the many benefits of Yoga – increased strength, flexibility, and balance. This class will be an easy-to-follow Yoga flow that all levels can enjoy. You will leave feeling calm and energized.Â
