Girl Scout & Troop Reward Orders Due April 6 |
Girl Scout rewards are based on packages and donations recorded in Smart Cookies. Some levels require choosing between an item(s) or Cookie Credits.
How to collect reward choices:
|
Enter reward choices in Smart Cookies by April 6. If no choice is entered, rewards default to Cookie Credits. (Initial Order and Cookie Crossover patches are tracked outside Smart Cookies.) Visit the Online Cookie Systems Guide for Volunteers for step-by-step instructions on entering rewards.
Troop PGA Rewards
|
- Troops with 400 or 500 PGA will order PGA rewards in Smart Cookies
- No action needed if your troop did not reach these levels
-
Check your Troop Balance Summary or Smart Cookies dashboard to confirm PGA

|
Volunteer Cookie Sweatshirt Orders Due May 4 |
Volunteers can order this year’s ferret-themed sweatshirt. Complete the order form by May 4. Payment for the hoodies must be done by ACH from the troop account on May 15 or for Juliette’s, a reduction in Juliette Program Credits. Sweatshirts will be shipped to the address on the form later this summer. One order per troop, please. The cost includes shipping and handling fees.
|
Community Season Wrap-Up Support |
Remind troops of the reward deadline and offer Smart Cookies support before April 7. Encourage Troops to reach out as soon as possible if they encounter any issues—waiting until the last minute may limit your ability to assist them effectively. Review last week’s The Cookie Press for a list of helpful reports and actions in Smart Cookies to support Troops with wrapping up their season.
