New Access Procedure: The Fitness Center doors are locked and require a white key card for entry (the same white card used for the Spa doors). Please stop in the Club Lounge or check in at the Spa reception to pick up a key before heading to the Fitness Center. Each key will be active for one month, so you can hod on to it and use until the cards are updated again.

| Leadership Update: Congratulations to Kiyah Woodward
We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Kiyah Woodward to the role of Bachelor Gulch Club Operations Manager. Kiyah has been a dedicated member of our team for over seven years, most of which she has spent excelling as our Lead Concierge.
Her deep knowledge of the club, her commitment to exceptional service, and her strong leadership make her an outstanding fit for this position. In her new role, Kiyah will continue to support our BGC Members while also leading our Concierge Team, overseeing Club Lounge operations,and managing other key membership services.
Please join us in congratulating Kiyah as she steps into this well‑deserved new role. We are excited for all she will bring to the club in this next chapter.

Bike Adventure: Glenwood Canyon
Monday, June 29 | 9:00 - 3:00 PM
Pedal with us and our guide, Nate Goldberg, as we casually bike our way from Bair Ranch to Glenwood Springs. This renowned trail holds the prestigious Gold Medal Trail designation—one of only six in the world!
After the ride, we’ll enjoy lunch in Glenwood Springs. This ride is perfect for all bike types and all ages of riders.
Hanging Lake Hike

Bachelor Gulch has acquired a coveted Hanging Lake permit! Hanging Lake is a Colorado treasure and a rare example of a travertine geological formation located in the heart of Glenwood Canyon on the White River National Forest. The 1.2-mile (1.9 km) trail is steep, rigorous, and rocky but rewarding. This National Natural Landmark features awe-inspiring scenery and beautiful waterfalls!
Summer Bash Luau at Zach's Cabin

Kick off the summer in style at our festive Luau-themed bash! Don your best Hawaiian attire and join us for live music, and exciting activities including face painting, photo booth, kid's crafts and delicious cuisine prepared by Chef David Gutowski, and fun for the whole family.

Annual elk calving closure | May 6 - June 30, 2026
This closure impacts several areas on Beaver Creek Mountain including Lower Rose Bowl, Larkspur Bowl, Strawberry Park, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead.
This closure also includes the Village to Village Trail from Chair 14 to Arrowhead and the Elkhorn Trail. Please stay out of each of these areas unless there is a true emergency or water control.

Tuesdays | Vail Trail Hikes (Begins on 7/14)
Explore the Vail Valley through various hikes with fellow Bachelor Gulch Club Members and connect with nature and our environment. Learn more about our natural environment, geology, history, and habitats as we hike with the Walking Mountains Science Center.
Wednesdays | Pickleball Clinic (Begins on 7/1)
Pickleball is a fun sport for all skill levels. A great way to learn and improve is to join us on Wednesdays for a clinic that includes both instruction and gameplay with the Pros at Beaver Creek Tennis Center. Perfect for new players and those looking to take their game to the next level.
Thursdays| Canasta (Begins on 6/4)
Join fellow members for a friendly game of Canasta in the Members’ Lounge! No experience is necessary. Come watch and learn or jump in and play!
Fridays | Club Bike Rides (Begins on 6/19)
Road biking through incredible scenery with fellow Signature Club members and Chuck Hewitt is an amazing way to explore our valley! Having multiple guides ensures that everyone feels supported regardless of their riding pace. This experience is inclusive and
enjoyable for all.
Fridays | Sipping Series (Begins on 6/5)
Join us on Fridays in the Bachelor Gulch Club Members' Lounge for the Sipping Series—a fun and relaxed evening of wine, light appetizers, and great conversation. It’s a perfect chance to connect with friends and neighbors while discovering upcoming activities and events at the Club.
