A Visit to White Plains, NY
Several district board members joined the sisterhood at Kol Ami in White Plains, including Marilyn Shebshaievitz, Robin Krieger, Morgan Helfman, Shoshana Dweck, and Rabbi Liz PG Hirsch. There, Rabbi Hirsch recorded her last Season 5 episode of Just For This, with storyteller Shira Kline.

| Art Exhibit in West Nyack, NY
On June 22, we visited the exhibit “The Stars of David," at the JCC of Rockland County, NY. The artist is Jennifer Lewis, a WRJ Board Member. Each panel contains 20,000 hand-drawn Stars of David. When exhibited together, they represent the six million Jews murdered during the Shoah. The exhibit contained fifty of the panels.

Sisterhood Shabbat in Riverdale, NY
On June 26, district board members attended a Women’s Shabbat service at Riverdale Temple. It was a lovely service totally led by the sisterhood members. Marilyn Shebshaievitz, Beth Quinn, Jane Karlin, and Barbara Beaumont attended the service and kiddish lunch.

Tiferet Israel Sisterhood, Peabody MA
Twenty members and their friends gathered to enjoy high tea together. Our final event of the year was a joyful celebration to welcome summer and celebrate a fun year.
