UTHSC’s second Family Campaign kicks off tomorrow, September 1! The monthlong philanthropic campaign encourages members of the UTHSC family – faculty and staff – to support their workplace with a financial gift of any size and in any area important to them. The goal is 600 donors across our six colleges.

| CESA Nomination Deadline Tomorrow!

Nominations for the Chancellor’s Exempt Staff Award (CESA) close tomorrow, September 1. CESA recognizes non-faculty exempt employees who have demonstrated outstanding service and/or who have made significant contributions to the university community beyond that normally expected for their positions.

901 Day is tomorrow, September 1, celebrating all things Memphis! The Memphis Medical District Collaborative (MMDC) invites you to a special Food Truck Friday in Health Sciences Park from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, with food trucks, vendors, live music, giveaways, and more! If you’ve already registered, stop by the check-in table at the event for your FREE meal voucher!

| Get Your UTHSC License Plate!
|
Show off your UTHSC pride by purchasing a specialty UTHSC license plate! The plate costs $61.50 ($35 more than a standard plate), plus any additional county fees. A portion of the money generated from the sale of the specialty plate supports educational outreach at UTHSC. The initial purchase of a specialty license plate must be made at a County Clerk’s office.
