Reve News: Urban One has reported Q4 2025 net revenue of $97.8 million, a decrease of 16.5% from the same period in 2024. The company's broadcast and digital operating income for the quarter was $23.8m, a decrease of 38.3% from the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA was $15.6m, down from $26.9m. "As expected, we had a tough fourth quarter due to a combination of non-recurring political advertising, soft radio markets and declining audience delivery in our cable television business," says CEO/Pres. Alfred C. Liggins, III. "Despite this, we were able to achieve full year Adjusted EBITDA within our previous guidance range at $56.7 million ... Radio pacings in the first quarter of 2026 are currently (5.0)%, but we remain positive on the outlook for mid-term political revenues later in the year." Full report here.
