Snacks Order Pickup & Distribution |
The snack orders (online sales for girl snack delivery and snack order card sales) are arriving to Communities the week of November 18! To help with a speedy pickup from your Community Product Leader’s location, print off and bring the following reports from M2OS to your pickup:
Snack Delivery Ticket:

- On the M2OS homepage, go to Delivery Tickets (under the Product Management heading). You can print both snack and reward delivery tickets for the troop.

Under Product Delivery Tickets, scroll down to the Troop Tickets by Troop
- Choose your troop number from the drop-down menu or type it in the search box.
- Select Create Ticket.
- Print the ticket.

Note: A full case of snacks contains 12 single pieces. The snacks are delivered to the exact piece. For example, if you had orders for 15 Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels, you would receive one full case and three single pieces.
Take a moment to verify the snack count with the Community Product Leader at pick-up, it’ll save you time later.
Reward Delivery Ticket:
Scroll down to Reward Delivery Tickets. Repeat steps 3-5 from above to create and print the total reward order by troop.
Miscounts or Damages to Snacks or Rewards
If you do not receive the correct number of snacks or rewards, or receive damaged items, connect with your Community Product Leader. If you do not have a Community Product Leader, reach out to us at girlscouts@girlscoutsrv.org within 24 hours.

Distributing Snack Orders to Girl Scouts

To sort snack items by Girl Scout, use the following reports:

From the M2OS homepage, go to Delivery Tickets.
- Under Product Delivery Tickets, go to the Girl Scout Tickets section and select a specific Girl Scout or all Girl Scouts from the drop-down menu.
- Select Create Ticket.
- Print that ticket for all troop members or the specific Girl Scout.

Have families verify their snack counts and sign the delivery ticket to confirm they received all items. This quick check will save time later.

Family Reminders for Collecting Payment & Snack Deliveries |
If any payments weren’t collected for snack order card sales, remind families to collect payment when delivering products. Checks should be made out to Girl Scouts. Venmo, CashApp, and PayPal Friends & Family can be used by troops to collect money from families (not customers).
For online snack orders, families can login to M2OS to view the orders by customer. Go to the Sales Report icon on their dashboard, select Online Nuts Girl Delivered tab and scroll to the bottom of the page to print a report.
Deposit tickets will be mailed this week to Juliette Girl Scouts to use for depositing snack order card sales cash/checks into the River Valleys Wells Fargo bank account. If you do not receive these tickets, please email girlscouts@girlscoutsrv.org.

Snacks and will be delivered next week. Delivery time frame emails have been sent to the volunteers accepting the snack delivery. Communicate the date, time, and place for troops to pick up their orders. Remember to allow yourself time to sort the orders by troop before allowing troops to pick up their orders.
For a smooth and successful delivery experience, follow these four steps:

- Prepare the space for delivery by clearing out the space and removing any obstacles.
- After all snack items are unloaded, you must verify the count of each item against the delivery ticket before signing the ticket.

Print your troop delivery tickets from M2OS. From the M2OS homepage, go to Delivery Tickets (under the Product Management heading), and scroll down to Troop Tickets by Delivery Site. Choose Single from the drop-down menu as the Delivery Site Type, then select the delivery address from the Delivery Site drop-down menu. You can choose to print all tickets from the Troop drop-down menu or just the troops you know participated in the program, then click on Create Ticket and print the tickets. Sort orders by troop using the Troop Tickets.
- Verify the totals for each snack item with troop volunteers. They can sign the troop delivery ticket to acknowledge all items were received. Trust us, taking the time to verify the snack count with the troop will save you a lot of headaches in the long-run.

If you experience any product issues such as miscounts or damages to rewards or snack items, fill out the Snack and Reward Issues Form to alert us within 24 hours. Community Product Leaders should fill out this form on behalf of troops within their Community.

As of November 13, the Girl Scout rewards have shipped by UPS and are set to arrive soon. This will be a separate shipment than your snack delivery. Remember, this shipment will NOT include mid-sale energizer stickers or Fall FUNds for your community. The Fall FUNDs cards will be sent in the mail to the address of the primary caregiver on record with River Valleys, as will the mid-sale energizer stickers (in a separate mailing in December). New Juliettes will receive their Juliette Program Credits card in the mail. Juliettes who participated in the Cookie Program last year will have their Fall FUNds added to their existing card.
