We are excited to introduce a new course on CSU Learn designed specifically for our hourly employees: Online Time Submission for Hourly Mid-Month Employees

This course is designed to enhance departmental onboarding processes by providing essential guidance on submitting time online for student assistants, work-study student assistants, instructional student assistants (ISAs), and casual workers. Employees will learn how to access the online portal, input their hours worked, and submit their e-timecards efficiently.

The "Online Time" course will be automatically assigned to most mid-month paid employees as of 5/1/2024 in CSU Learn. While this training is not required, it is highly recommended. We kindly ask for your support in encouraging them to complete this course within the designated timeframe to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
