All regular faculty, staff, students, postdocs, and residents must complete the 2022 UTHSC HIPAA Training in HealthStream. To access the UTHSC 2022 HIPAA Training, visit the HIPAA Privacy Training website and click on the HealthStream link under "Link/Instructions."
All regular faculty, staff, postdocs, residents, and GTAs, GRAs, and GAs must complete an Outside Interest Disclosure (OID) Form for FY 2022. Click Here for Instructions.

State 401(k) Match Increase

For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022, general state and higher education employees will be eligible to receive a $2 match for every $1 contributed to the State of Tennessee 401(k) plan each month, up to $100. That is a maximum match of $100 per month for contributions of $50 or more. To get the full match for the fiscal year, log into your 401(k) account now at RetireReadyTN.gov and make sure your monthly contributions equal at least $50 per month. | UT Board of Trustees Meets June 23-24

The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees is holding its annual meetings June 23-24 in the UT Knoxville Pilot Flying J Student Union Ballroom, 1502 Cumberland Ave., Knoxville. Committee meetings will be held prior to the full board meeting, which is set for June 24, at 10:15 am EDT, 9:15 am CDT.
All meetings will be webcast live and archived for later viewing; a link to the webcast will be available at tennessee.edu.

Poverty Simulations are an educational experience for both volunteers and participants. Please consider volunteering for an upcoming Poverty Simulation scheduled for Friday, July 22 and Tuesday, August 2. The opportunity is open to the campus community.
