The Story Committee will resume regular meetings on the first Friday of each month at 10 a.m. via Zoom. Have a communications challenge or success to share? Want to learn more about stories that are in the works or to discuss your own? Then this group is for you! Taking photos outside? When possible, do so earlier in the day or in the evening, when the sun isn't directly overhead, or find a spot out of direct lighting. This helps prevent sharp and unflattering shadows on those being photographed. Whether you're taking photos on your own or scheduling a photoshoot with the University Communications photo team, avoiding direct overhead sunlight will result in the best photos.

Please join us on Monday, October 7, from 3-4:30 p.m. at the Alumni House for the fall semester UCN meeting. B. Donta Truss, vice president for Enrollment Development and Educational Outreach, will lead a presentation that delves into current enrollment and how campus communicators can assist in recruitment and retention.
