Swab-a-Palooza Could Save a Life!

The College of Pharmacy’s APhA-ASP students will conduct cheek swabs at Swab-a-Palooza on Wednesday, October 23, 12:00 – 2:00 pm in the Pharmacy Building lobby. The cheek swabs could help national organizations match patients who need stem cell or bone marrow transplants with potential donors.

Attend a lunch and learn lecture on domestic violence Wednesday, October 23, 11:00 am – 12:00 pm, in GEB A202. Attendees will gain insights into the various forms of domestic violence, the warning signs, and risk factors. Lunch will be provided for those who register.

The Memphis Medical District Collaborative invites you to its Fall Concert Series in Health Sciences Park on October 24 and October 31. In addition to free live music, there will be food and drinks available for purchase. On October 24, the first 100 UT Health Science Center employees will be offered a $10 food voucher!

Take a break from your studies and attend a relaxing rock painting party in the lobby of the Health Sciences Library Thursday, October 24, at 12:00 pm. The library will provide materials including rocks, paints, brushes, and other crafty items. Stop by to tap into your creative side or just to visit with other students!
