First ACH Withdrawal on March 20 |
The first ACH (aka Automated Clearing House) withdrawal is processed from the troop bank account on March 20. This amount is calculated by multiplying $1 by the total packages received by the troop as of March 13, minus any credit card, Venmo, and PayPal payments made through Digital Cookie. To review the Troop’s total packages, check the Troop Balance Summary Report in Smart Cookies.
Here are a few examples:
|
- If the Total Packages received in Smart Cookies is 846 packages as of March 13 and the troop has $198 in Digital Cookie payments , then River Valleys will withdraw $648 from the troop bank account.
-
If the Total Packages received in Smart Cookies is 867 as of March 13 and the troop has $930 in Digital Cookie payments, then River Valleys will not withdraw any funds from the troop account because the troop has $63 more in deposits than the ACH amount.
|
The primary contact listed in Smart Cookies will receive an email with details on March 16 or 17.
Deposit all cash and checks into your troop bank account by March 17. Check the ACH FAQ’s found on Cookie Central for more details. ACH withdrawal amounts will appear in Smart Cookies 1-2 days after the funds are withdrawn from the troop’s bank account.

Cookie Exchanges at Cookie Cupboards |
Now through the end of the sale:
|
-
All Council On‑Demand cupboards will allow full, bakery‑sealed case exchanges during normal operating hours.
- Check the inventory dashboard on Cookie Central before visiting.
-
Troops using Regional Cupboards should contact their cupboard manager for available exchange inventory.
|
-
Troops must exchange equal or greater numbers of cases.
- Example: Exchanging 3 cases of Trefoils = pick up 3 or more cases of other varieties.
- Full case exchanges are preferred.
- Cases must be full, bakery‑sealed, and pass inspection.
- Cases with smoke/pet odor, glued cases, or any unsellable condition will be refused.
- Gluten‑Free Caramel Chocolate Chip cannot be exchanged.
|
Exchanges take longer to process, thank you for your patience.

National Girl Scout Week is here, and we’re marking the occasion with Cookie Comfrt Friday, tomorrow March 13. Girl Scouts who send 18 or more customer or thank-you emails through Digital Cookie tomorrow will be entered into a drawing for one of five $100 Comfrt gift cards. Winners will be announced on March 16.
|
Cookie Combo Personalized Patches |
Girl Scouts that participated in the Fall FUNDraiser Program and sent 18+ emails through M2OS are eligible to earn the Cookie Combo Personalized patch. The next step to earn the patch is to sell 380+ cookie packages. Updates to avatars can be made in M2OS until April 1. Patches are sent directly to the Girl Scout and arrive in the summer.
|
Review the Troop On-Hand Inventory Report |
This is the time to check if troops have excess cookie inventory that can be transferred to troops in need. Review your Smart Cookies On Hand Inventory report to find Troops with 50+ cases in on-hand inventory. Reach out to see if the troop needs help with transfers or to confirm they will enter their transfers later in the sale.
|
Community Reward Shipment Contact Verification |
If your Community only has one contact listed in Smart Cookies, the rewards shipment will go to that volunteer. If there are two or more, the rewards shipment will be sent to the alternate contact. To verify the contact information, go to Smart Cookies: My Service Unit>Service Unit Info, and review the information. If the information is correct, no action is needed. If the information is incorrect, email us and we will make the correction. Review and edit this information by April 7. No changes can be made after that date.
