Celebrating Dr. James Ragain's Retirement

Join the College of Dentistry for the retirement celebration of former Dean James Ragain, DDS, tomorrow, August 23, from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm, in the Delta Dental of Tennessee Building Auditorium. Dr. Ragain retired this summer after almost six years as dean. Light refreshments will be served at the celebration.

| Earn $250 for a Biometric Screening!

UT Health Science Center employees and their spouses are invited to schedule a biometric screening on Tuesday, September 4, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm, in the Student Alumni Center Gymnasium. Eligible participants who receive a screening and complete the online health assessment can earn $250 in cash!

Nominate an Exempt Staff Member!

Nominations for the Chancellor’s Exempt Staff Award are open now until Friday, August 30. The award recognizes non-faculty exempt employees who have demonstrated outstanding service and/or who have made significant contributions to the university community. Nominations for the Chancellor’s Faculty Award are also open now and close Friday, September 6. The awards will be presented at the IMPACT Awards ceremony in December.
