   THANK A TEACHER

Outstanding teachers make a difference. Say “thanks” with the Thank a Teacher program. Submit an online form with your message and it will then be sent to the teacher as part of a letter of recognition from the provost. You can submit as many notes as you want and remain anonymous if you’d like. You also can thank your advisors!

   COMMENCEMENT KEEPSAKE

Due to dwindling demand in recent years and an effort to reduce waste and save funds, free printed programs will no longer be available for pick-up on the days leading up to and following commencement ceremonies.

   EAGLE ALERT CHANGE

The March UNT Eagle Alert test has been moved to 10 a.m. Thursday, April 2, in coordination with the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM). Because this is a statewide drill with multiple agencies and jurisdictions, you may receive multiple alerts. There is no action and no need to be alarmed as this is only a test. UNT holds monthly tests to make sure the Eagle Alert system functions properly. You will receive a text message, phone call and email from the system indicating that the message is part of a test.
