Your voice and honest feedback shapes our culture, strengthens our operations and supports the meaningful actions that help everyone thrive both, at work and at play.
| |
We value your input and appreciate your participation. The survey should be completed by the end of the day on December 22.
What is it? Continuous Listening is a series of surveys used at all Vail Resorts to ensure the voices of all employees are captured frequently and deliberately. We want to listen continuously, not just once per season.
Is it confidential? Yes — 100% confidential. Your leaders will see the scores and comments, but no names or employee IDs will be associated with your feedback.
How can I add comments? Comments are encouraged after each question. To add your comment, select the "+ comment" button located below the rating scale. Comments are super valuable.
Does it matter if I share my feedback? Absolutely! All levels of leaders will see the opportunities and strengths of their departments. Whether we’re getting it right or need to improve, we want to hear from you.

These are all required BEFORE you start teaching or earlier.

LIFT Training Requirements |
You will receive emails from People Connect and The LIFT once you are active and your LIFT trainings are available. You will not be able to log in until you receive these emails. If the trainings do not appear in your LIFT profile, you can search for and enroll in them yourself.
Reminder: LIFT training courses are paid activities. When logging your time, use ProConnect Tools (link on bcsnowpro.com) and select the “BC Virtual Lift PUNCH” category. Be sure to include any relevant notes, including the names of the training courses you completed during the session.
Having trouble punching in/out? First, verify your Required Notices in EpicEmployee. Remember to wait overnight after signing your Ski Waiver before using ProConnect Tools. If issues persist, record your time and contact your supervisor for troubleshooting and pay approval.
Make sure to complete all requirements by the listed deadline. If not, your pass could be hotlisted, and you won’t be able to access the mountain. |
Make Sure You Get Paid Accurately!! |

- Select Access Ski & Ride School Proconnect Tools
-
Always enter a comment — no comment is considered a bad comment!
As we get the season rolling and everyone starts clocking in and out, please review the following expectations around time entry for the year.
| |
Accurate Time Reporting
Please make sure to report your time honestly and accurately to the best of your ability.
Donning and Doffing
Time spent putting on and removing gear is generally expected to be about 15 minutes before and after lesson times. We understand that occasional exceptions may occur due to legitimate circumstances. If that happens, please keep your supervisor team informed — this should not be a daily occurrence. If your time entries fall outside the expected window, a supervisor will follow up to confirm what compensable work activities were performed during that time.
Early Finish
If you and your guest finish skiing earlier than scheduled, please return to base, change out of your boots, and clock out once you are done.
You will still be paid the full amount for your product regardless of your clock-out time!
Wage and Hour Policies
Please review the attached SRS Wage and Hour Policies through EpicEmployee. It explains what qualifies as compensable versus non-compensable time.
Add Notes When Clocking In and Out
When you clock in and out, please add a brief note in the comment field describing what you were working on. It doesn’t need to be long — just a quick line so we can ensure your time is processed correctly and promptly.
Rest Break Attestation
Before punching out at the end of your shift, please read the rest break attestation carefully and respond appropriately based on the activity you completed.
As always, if you have any questions, reach out to your supervisor team. Thank you for helping us keep everything accurate and running smoothly!
Rest Breaks & Final Attestation – Why It Matters |
| |
What does “YES” mean?
You were permitted to take a 10-minute break away from your guests or group during your lesson or training.
What does “NO” mean?
You were not permitted to leave your lesson, training on snow, or virtual training at all and be away from your guests or group during the entire time.
Upon punching out, you will be asked the Final Attestation (see below). You must click Yes and Submit in order for your time to be correctly submitted.

Employee Parking and Transportation |
| |
How to get to and from the Resort from designated employee lots.
Shuttle Access:
Village Transportation offers a free bus service in and around Beaver Creek Village, including to and from Employee Housing and the Employee Parking Lot via the Employee Shuttle. We recommend downloading the Beaver Creek Village Transportation app.
Employee Parking:
Available for all employees at the Wolf Lot. Please remember that parking is a privilege, not a right. For additional details on registering for free employee parking, please use this LINK!
Employees may also park in any of Beaver Creek’s paid surface lots or parking garages, but will be subject to guest rates, and no employee discount applies. Overnight parking is not permitted in the Wolf Lot.
Access Update: If you have signed up for a Wolf Lot parking pass, please stop by the Reception Center to retrieve it.

PRIVATE LESSONS FOR THE 25/26 SEASON
As we begin a new season, we recognize that log-ins and password management can sometimes present challenges. To support a smoother experience, Vail Resorts is moving toward full self-service for password resets. Please review the guidance below to help ensure a successful log-in process:
- Please do not delete your Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Be sure to follow the instructions sent to your peopleconnect@vailresorts.com email.
-
You will be prompted to remove and recreate your profile within the app.
- When setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), we recommend using two devices (such as your phone and a laptop or desktop) for ease and accuracy.
- If you become locked out of your account, please contact the IT Help Center at 970-754-4357.
If you need assistance with your password or MFA setup (and you are not locked out), self-service options are available:
-
Active employees: Visit mypassword.vailresorts.com. This site also supports onboarding employees who have already received their @vailresorts.com user ID.
- Pre-boarding employees: Use the “Forgot Password” link located on the EpicEmployee login page.

🔐 Security Update: PeopleConnect & ITConnect Support Services
To better protect your personal information, Vail Resorts has introduced two-step authentication for EpicEmployee and enhanced verification protocols when contacting ITConnect or PeopleConnect.
When reaching out by phone, please be prepared to verify your identity with:
- Full Legal Name
- Employee ID
And three of the following four Questions:
- Date of Birth
- Home Address
- Personal Phone Number
-
Personal Email Address (Email Address used for Pre-Boarding)
If you’ve deleted the Microsoft Authenticator App or are using a new device, you MUST contact ITConnect for assistance. This will require a video call and a federally issued ID for verification.
Please note: We apologize for any confusion—when you are directed to contact your administrator for assistance, this refers to ITConnect, not our administrative team.
If you would like to connect with a supervisor, manager, or the Administration team, please utilize BCSnowPro.com and select Our leadership team. You will then be familiarized with our team and given the appropriate email information.
