Upcoming Campus Solutions (CS) Downtime |
As a planning notice, CMS Campus Solutions (CS) which is accessed from the My Sac State portal will undergo a lengthy upgrade beginning at 5:00pm on Friday, October 16 until 8:00am on Monday, October 19. Please plan ahead as there will be no access to the following specific tools during the upgrade window:

- Student Center
- Academic Requirements Report
- Purchase Your Textbooks
- KEYS to Degree Toolbox
- Employee Portal
- Faculty Center
- CMS Campus Solutions (SA) Access
- CMS Student Services Center

The upgrade is largely backend for improved security, system stability, and support for future technology needs. The faculty and student user experience will not change.
There are a few cosmetic changes to the staff view only:

- Minor color change to the top banner and background page color/pattern

Search/results fields will switch from a single column to a side-by-side stack
