LSU STEM Pathways provides Louisiana students with hands-on, industry-aligned courses in fields like computing, engineering, and pre-med to prepare them for high-demand careers. Through partnerships with schools, businesses, and higher education institutions, the program offers specialized training, dual enrollment opportunities, and industry-based certifications.

LSU’s Choice Credit-Modality (CCM)
|
LSU Dual Enrollment’s Choice Credit modality gives high school students the chance to experience college-level coursework in a no-risk environment. With free training for school instructors and SCA-eligible courses at just $100 per credit hour, this program helps students build academic confidence while earning college credit. Students have 10 days after course completion to opt in or out of their LSU transcript at no additional cost.

LSU Bridge to Engineering Excellence

LSU Bridge to Engineering Excellence (BEE) is an online summer program designed to help incoming LSU College of Engineering freshmen prepare for their calculus courses. This program is open to all incoming CoE students.
The class meets on zoom 4 days a week for an hour each day with daily homework. The program is six weeks long, and runs 06/16-7/24/2025.
