Our 2025-2026 MPP Annual Evaluations are due on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Please note that the MPP annual review period is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. New MPPs should be evaluated at their 6-month mark.
To support our tracking process, please include the employee ID in the document title for each submitted evaluation.
Completed MPP evaluations should be sent to performanceevaluation@sjsu.edu.
Please note that the self-assessment and the one-level-up manager's signature are not required unless requested by your leadership.
To support you through the MPP evaluation process, I encourage you to review information about MPP employees on the People and Culture website, which includes the evaluation form and guidelines.
