Meet Jessica Cowden!
Did you know that if Bucknell doesn't own or have access to an article, book, or book chapter that you need, that you can click the "Get It" button/link and we'll get you a copy of it? The technical term for this is "interlibrary loan."
Meet Jessica Cowden, who manages our interlibrary loan services and finds all the documents that library patrons request!
"Hello! My name is Jessica Cowden, and I've been working here at Bertrand in the interlibrary loan department for about two and a half years. I've always loved libraries and have wanted to be a librarian since middle school, although I did get a bit sidetracked when I first started college. I grew up in Michigan, and have a BA in Linguistics from the University of Michigan and a MS in Library Science from Pennsylvania Western University. I have two cats, Chicken Nugget (orange) and Porkchop (black) that love cuddling and being agents of chaos. I enjoy video games (currently obsessed with Stardew Valley!), mystery books, knitting and crochet, being near the water, and traveling with my partner."
