2026 9% Housing Tax Credit Appendices Package and Application Update

The 2026 Appendices Package for the 9% round is now available on the 2026 Housing Tax Credit Round Section on the website.

The 2026 9% Application is expected to be available prior to November 14, 2025. Please direct any questions about the 2026 9% round to housingtaxcredits@iowafinance.com.
