Win-win Problem Solving to Build Bridges

Location: In person at Michigan State University, East Lansing
What if everyone could win during tough conversations? It's possible with the right mentality, words, phrases, and skills to use. Let's think bigger about what "winning" means by learning new skills to guide hard conversations toward beneficial outcomes for everyone. A streaming option will be available, however participants are encouraged to attend in-person.
Learning Objectives: 
At the conclusion of this activity, learners should be better able to...
  1. Bring positive focus and momentum to difficult conversations.
  2. Guide conversations toward increased productivity and better collaboration.
  3. Utilize words, phrases, and skills that create win-win solutions for yourself and your employees.
